If you can find it (I've done some searching and have a couple of potential sources, mentioned in the ingredient thread, but have not verified that they actually still stock it) Laaglander DME leaves lots of body - I typically get aa between 40 and 60% with it.

I actually joined this board when I came across a post in the ingredients section mentioning it, after having one LHBS claim it was no longer made/imported. I still have enough for a few batches, which is why I have not followed up on suppliers really having it in stock - if looking for not quite THAT much body, you can of course use some Laaglander and some other type of DME in a mixture.
