Default acetyladehyde after bottling....

I brewed a Stone Pale Ale Clone - Extract. When I bottled it and tested about 1/2 pint, it was AWESOME! I was drinking a "real" Stone Pale Ale while I bottled to get a side by side comparison, color and taste were the best I have ever done- obviously minus the carbonation. (I am still rather new at brewing)

But after 4-5 weeks conditioning in the bottle, I have a strong acetyladehyde taste to it. Is this a possible case of poor sanitation during bottling? I believe I do a pretty good job sanitizing everything.

I know time heals most...Any thoughts?
