32 minute IPA showed me the need for multiple rackings
Hello everyone, I just racked my 32 Minute IPA this morning. I have made 7 or 8 batches of beer in the past, but have never seen lees like this before. When I opened the primary fermenter after it had been racked, I had what looked like a 3in tall circular cake that was all lees, yuck (smelled great though!!!). The wort looked promising and look forward to the updates. Kegerator will be in stalled next weekend.
