Default 120 Minute Boil Suggestions

I'm doing AHS' Flander's Brown kit soon, and it calls for a 120 minute boil. This will be my first 120 minute boil. Any suggestions or anecdotes from long boil times out there?

I just did one on Wednesday. It's a good time to clean up the stuff from the mash so that you don't have to do it later.

It's also a good time to drink a cold one.

I don't see any reason to do a 120 minute boil for an extract batch.

All-grain with Pilsner malt to drive off DMS, maybe.

120 min boil- watch how much you drink.. that extra hour sure can throw your normal brew day drinking rythm and you can wind up sloshed before you pitch your yeast
