I've looked around but can't find a recipe or even ingredient list for Youngs Oatmeal Stout. Happened to pick one up a local high end store and it was the best stout I've ever had. What I liked most was that toasty, almost smoky finish. Youngs site doesn't even list the OS as a beer.
There's a basic oatmeal stout recipe here (scroll all the way to the end), and although they mention Young's, it doesn't appear to be an exact clone.
I'm not sure if you want to go the kit route, but Austin Homebrew sells a Young's Oatmeal Stout kit, and from what I've heard here their recipes are usually spot-on.
