After a nice brew day I set my Johnson controller to 66 but completely forgot to unplug the hair dryer I was using to keep fermentation temps up. After 30 minutes it hit 131F
And this is what happened

Might need to grab some more better bottles. Tsk Tsk.

You might have leached some of that plastic into your beer too
