Default Yeast Packs

I'm planning to do an Imperial Wit this weekend or next and I'm not sure if I need two Wyeast smack packs. Origional gravity 1.073. Thanks.

Definitely, but here's a great yeast pitching rate calculator you can use to find out how much you'll really need: Mr Malty Pitching Rate Calculator

Make a starter and you will only need 1 pack of yeast, good luck.

+1 on both of the above.

I recommend a starter if you have time. I recommend extra packages if you have money.

Thanks for the responses. I think I'm just going to pick up 2 packs and order a starter kit for the next session.
