Don't worry about that IBU post too much. It's a valid point but my last IPA was in the 100's and I still didn't find it bitter enough

It will taste great in a couple of weeks, I bet.

I got the recipe from AHS... went into their store and they had a recipe book.

I still don't think I believed that 1.057 reading... I still apparently had no more than 4 gallons of beer in the carboy the whole time. I don't think all the liquid had mixed properly when I took my SG reading.

I've decided to throw the hydrometer out for this beer... too many variables to really say what I have/had. I'm going to try one the weekend after next and see what I have. That's the best measure of beer, IMO.
