Default WLP041 recipe?

So dumb old me grabbed the wrong yeast earlier and already got a starter going before I noticed it

Anybody got a solid recipe for WLP041 Pacific Ale Yeast? I'm thinking something along the lines of an ordinary bitter probably...really open to anything though!

Any suggestions are appreciated

Ordinary, premium, or ESB - all sound great. Something like Biermuencher's Captain Hooked on Bitters, maybe. I think that Biermuencher's Centennial Blonde work also work fine. Maybe an amber or brown ale, English or American, for early autumn, since it's already summer - like Braufessor's Red Wagon Oatmeal Amber.

Todo que reluse no es oro.
