Recipes 

I thought it would be a fun test to brew my "Victory at Sea-Wicked Special Bitter" and for a comparison swap the Pearl Pale malt for another English style like Marris Otter or Golden Promise.

The only pale base malt my LHBS in Gray, Maine stocks is the Thomas Fawcett Pearl. The LHBS in Portland has a much wider selection and I figured it would be good for me to see the difference a different base malt produces.

Suggestions?
