With the crazy hop schedule of the beer I made today, I forgot to add the Irish Moss. The cooled wort definitely did not have the cold break as it usually does. It's racked and on the yeast now.

Is there anything I can do in the primary to help the beer clear?

Hell, I forget my Irish moss at least half the time. By the time the beer is bottled and properly carbed, they have all been clear.

Don't sweat it.

I may try the cold crash. I haven't attempted that since I don't have a dedicated refrigerator. Could I just do that in a cooler with ice water? I only brew gallon batches so my gallon jug fits easily in a cooler.

I pretty much have forgotten Irish moss for 99% of my batches, and guess what? After a month long primary my beer is crystal clear regardless. It's all about how you handle your beer after. Long primary, or a secondary and/or cold crashing and careful racking has more of an impact on our beer I think, than adding a kettle adjunct.

I usually bottle after 3 weeks in the primary, but I'll probably give this one an extra week. Thanks all.

A good rolling boil, quick chilling, and long cold conditioning will also clear your beer. The use of fining agents speeds up the process, but they are not necessary to produce clear beer.

First two of your suggestions, check. Third, TBD. Thanks.
