Has anyone tried using white labs wlp300 on anything other than a weizen? I'm thinking of a chocolate banana porter
I'm working on a recipe for something similar right now, except probably a stout and really considering WLP300 in the mid 70's. Have you brewed this yet?
I have not brewed it yet, I did talk to a fellow home Brewer you used it in a chocolate stout and said the banana flavor was very prominent though. So it sounds like it should work well
