Default what would you do....

with my hop inventory....

Almost at the summer break and need some suggestions for the hops I've accumulated. I'd like to use as much of this as possible while I can still brew so they aren't sitting in the fridge. These will be my first all grain batches.

3 oz Fuggles
2 oz Cascade
1 oz Amarillo
1 oz Willamette
2 oz Magnum plugs
1 oz EK Goldings
1 oz Liberty
1 oz Centennial

May i suggest that:
The Fuggles and EK Goldings will make a nice Wee Heavy Scottish Ale.
The Cascade can make a Sierra Nevada Celebration clone.
the remainder could be used in IPA's. Cheers!

the EKG, Fuggles, and Willamette would be good for some ESB's. Amarillo, cascade, and Centennial would be good in some pale ales/IPA's

Brew a Scottish 60L with .5 Magnum

Then PM me for my address, I'll take the rest so it won't go bad

Now to be serious, you have enough to brew several ESB's, APA's and since a Wee Heavy is hopped like a cheap Yankee would do it you could make about 50 scottish brews with what you have
