Kaiser - Has spoken, so I have nothing to really add.
I was just wondering if we have some BMC workers here that may be able to take a stab in the dark. When it comes to to quality control, and perfecting a process. They have to as close as possible.

In Secondary: Braggot, pale ale, end of the world white.
Conditioning: Mead, Cider, braggot, Belgium Wheat.
On Tap: Clones, Chimay Blue, Red, Porter, malted cider.
