Using leftover grains and hops.

I'm planning to use my leftover grains and hops so I designed this recipe:

7 lbs pale 2 row
1 lb carafoam
1 lb honey malt
1 lb vienna malt
5 oz chocolate malt
2.5 oz black patent
0.5 oz fuggles 60 min
0.25 oz east kent goldings 60 min
0.5 oz hallertauer 15 min
0.5 oz hallertauer 5 min

Can you guys give me advise on how to modify it in order to make a decent beer.
