Default Today's Brew Day

Brewing an all grain Imperial Oatmeal Stout.

9 # MO
1 # Flaked Oats
0.75 # 385L Chocolate Malt
0.50 # 80L Crystal
0.40 # Carafa II
0.33 # Black Patent
0.33 # 695L Roasted Barley
0.25 # 630L Chocolate Malt

Batch size 3 gallons
65% efficiency
Mash at 155
Target OG 1.100
120 minute boil

0.67 oz Magnum (120)
0.35 oz Willamette (30)
0.35 oz Willamette (30)

US-05

I was like, 9 pounds, that's hardly Imperial! 3G OH! nice. good luck, have fun.
I'm brewing my Marzen for Oktoberfest today. Boil starting now.

I think in about 8 months to a year from now your going to be sorry you only did 3 gallons!
