Suggested water profile for berliner weisse?
Can anyone suggest a good water profile for a berliner weisse? I've heard water profile can be a big deal with this style so any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I can't really suggest a certain water profile based upon what a BW is brewed with in Germany, but if your water tastes good, go with it.
I made a few over the years without altering my brewing water and they turned out great.
