Default Substitue for Tettnang; Crystal?

So this weekend I hope to brew a BierMuncher Helles Belles. He calls for Tettnang hops. Well as we all know those proably won't be around for awhile. So I looked up and found that two substitutes would be Saaz or Spalt. My local LHBS said that either of those would be fine but Crystal was a closer match. Does anyone have thoughts on that?

I've substituted Crystal for Saaz with good results but not for Tettnang, I'd say it'll be fine though

crystal is more like hallertauer and mt.hood then tett's. You can still sub it out though and it will taste very well.
