It is a 1.5 gal recipe that I am BIAB brewing. Brought the mash temp up to 154 and I hope it is at 152 after an hour. I have 2 old blankets covering my kettle. After I get to taste the beer I will post the recipe... if it is drinkable.
Thanks everyone for giving me the confidence that I can do AG. If this goes well then I will go to AG brewing almost exclusively.
