So will this effect my fermentation

So I had a dark strong that finished a little too high for my taste so I decided to move it back to a fermenter from a keg and add in some brett and lacto. well I totally forgot that it was carbed. A while ago I tried my best to vent and take all the carbonation out. Anyway Ive never transfered a previously carbed to fermentor, will any of the carbonation effect anything. I cant see why not buy I thought I would ask.
