Default Small Batch Stovetop All Grain

Most of the time when you mention the idea of brewing small batches (1-2 gallons) all grain, people tell you that you're crazy and it's a waste of time.

In the French Press thread, there are finally quite a few people that think it's a pretty good idea.

Last winter I started experimenting with small all grain batches on the stovetop using the Brew in a Bag method. I found it to be quick, fun, and it allowed me to brew on weeknights. It produced some award winning beer that also served as starters for a full sized batch.

I've documented my method, and posted it here:

I found that you can make a full-size all-grain 5 gallon batch of beer on a stove top with nothing but two pots and a bag. see my sig for easy partial mashing. works just as well for all-grain, up to 12 lbs of grain in a 5 gallon pot.
