Default Should I dry hop?

I brewed a mock-toberfest ale this weekend and the last hop addiition (.5 oz. Tranditional for the last 30 minutes) was kind of packed tightly in a grainbag. I was wondering how much effect this will have on the final product? Should I dry hop?

If you want to brew close to the Oktoberfest style, the answer would be "no". There is bitterness in the O'fest, but it's mild, and there aren't any real hops flavor/aroma. It's all about the malt.

I wouldn't worry about not having enough hops in an Octoberfest. With that style the bigger concern is too much hops.

You can't replace the bittering with dry hop. Dry hop tastes completely different than a 60 minute bittering addition.
