Default Seasonal Recipe Ideas with these ingredients
I've got a couple oz of Hallertau and Tettanager each and 1 oz of Sazz that I'm looking to use up. I was thinking about doing a Klosch cause I have some WLP029 from my mOktoberfest but I was looking for something a little more in season. I don't have lagering capabilities (hence my mOktoberfest). Any ideas for a seasonal brew using some of these hops?

Also I've been doing PMs but I can convert AG recipes so whatever you got will help me.

those are pretty versatile hops man. you could make just about anything continental. Got a favorite belgian beer?
