Sam Adams winter lager recipe
Does anyone have a good clone recipe for this beer. My wife tried it and loved it, so for her to be more supportive, it would be good if I could clone this beer.
Also, Has anyone tried the Full Moon, its pretty good. Any recipe's for that one floating around out there??

For blue moon, look at the BierMuncher's Blue Balls Wit
Cool, thanks for the reply.
Bier Munchers is the Blue Moon what ale unless I am mistaken.
The "Full Moon" is a seasonal beer, darker in color, than the normal Blue moon.
I cant wait to brew that one either.
Sorry, I misread that. I don't have the Full Moon recipe, someone else may though.
Cool, no worries. Thanks for the SA recipe. Cant wait to try it.
When do you add the orange peel and stuff in the SA recipe.
Also, that must a 10 gallon batch size. I copied it into Beer smith and had to scale it down for my 5 gallon size.
Here's extract recipe (actually a partial mash):
2.75 lbs. light DME
4.0 lbs. light LME (late addition)

1.5 lbs. cystal malt 60L
steep grains in 6 qts 150F water for 30 min

the rest of the recipe is the same
