Default Safe to add finishing hops?

Hi I'm brewing a blonde tommorow. Here is the bill:

9 lbs 2 Row.
.5 lbs crystal 15.
1 oz willimettes (60 min).

Is there anything anyone would recommend to make the beer better (aside from getting other grains).

All I have is more hops to play with.

Thanks!

Yeah its always safe to add finishing hops :-) Consider dry hopping too. Dry hopping is when you add dry hops directly to the secondary or even the primary after fermentation is complete. Dry hopping does not add any bitterness but only aroma and some flavor as a result of that aroma and what it does to your senses. Although hops are a natural preservative so they shouldn't contaminate your beer, having the alcohol content is a good precautionary measurement. Cascade and centennial are my go-to hops...they will never fail you and just give a delicious aroma and taste :-)

Unless your wife hates them! I love Cascade, so if I want a beer to myself I use them exclusively. This way the wife won't dip into my stash.

Garlic is to vampires as Cascade is to your wife :-)
