Default Removing Diacetyl from beer

This was a question partial answered inanother thread but I could use a little more help. I have a kegged clone of Magic Hats #9. I noticed that it tasted like butter and was told that was because of Diacetyl. I have since taken the keg out of the fridge and stored it at approx 70 degrees for the past 3 days. My question is now what do I do? Thanks again for all of your help!!!

It may not be enough because the yeast is not active any more. Usually diacetyl rest is performed while yeast is active and in suspension. What you can do no is to prime your keg with krausen which will introduce fresh and active east in to your beer, clean up diacetyl and recarbonate your beer.
