I'm new to brewing and want to go straight to all grain and making a white ale. Are they easy recipes

Edworts Haus pale is nice and easy.... I'm not sure if that's what you mean by white but... it's an easy excellent tasting brew.

I would pick up any of the kits from the online suppliers, they will give you everything you need as far as ingredients go. And for the most part they are proven recipes.
