Recipe HELP-suggestions-input
Planning to brew in the AM.
This is what I have available: alot of CM-Pilsner 1.5lb-2-row .5lb-6-row 1lb-Biscuit .5lb-White Wheat 1lb-Honey Malt 3.1 Wheat ME syrup DME Allspice, coriander, Grains of Paradise alot-US Golding alot-Haulertuer 1oz. Saaz Safeale US-05 ----------------- This is what I was thinking: 6gallon batch 8lbs CM-Pilsner .5lb Honey Malt .5lb White Wheat @60 1.5 Hallertauer @15 Spice Grains of Paradise @15 1oz lemon zest @15 irsh moss @5 US golding I have not brewed with US goldings yet? Any input or suggestions would be greatly appreciated |
I would brew triple or saison use ur pils with halt and saaz and trow leftovers of wheat and six row but u have to get new yeast anyway
