Planning to brew in the AM.
This is what I have available:
alot of CM-Pilsner
3.1 Wheat ME syrup
Allspice, coriander, Grains of Paradise
This is what I was thinking: 6gallon batch
.5lb Honey Malt
.5lb White Wheat
@60 1.5 Hallertauer
@15 Spice Grains of Paradise
@15 1oz lemon zest
@15 irsh moss
@5 US golding
I have not brewed with US goldings yet?
Any input or suggestions would be greatly appreciated
I would brew triple or saison use ur pils with halt and saaz and trow leftovers of wheat and six row but u have to get new yeast anyway
