Default Recipe Advice -- Honey Orange Belgian Wheat

Hey guys, my roommate and I wanted to try making a Belgian wheat beer with honey and orange flavors. After reading some recipes on here, I threw together a recipe in BeerSmith. Typically, I get pretty low efficiency (anywhere from dead on what BeerSmith predicts to 30% less). I also like 'big' beers, so it has a pretty high OG for the style.

What do you guys think?

Honey doesn't add much honey flavour. I would suggest Brumalt or Honey malt instead. Probably just a pound added to the grain bill. All else looks good... Make sure to crack the coriander.
