Default Ready for my first batch

So I've been reading everything I can about all grain brewing and I'm ready to start buying equipment... Any suggestions on a set up? And what type of sparge should I use? I understand how fly works but not batch...

Default

10 Gallon stainless kettle with ball valve (megapots is cheap and great)
2 5 Gal buckets, one with bottling valve (ale pails)
2 Plastic racking canes
Bottle caps and capper (cheap red one is good)
Tons of empty bottles
Hydrometer and sample tube
Instant read thermometer
Cooler converted to mash tun with ball valve (see home depot special)
Wort chiller (immersion is cheapest and good to start)
PVC tubing that fits your ball valves for draining wort (lowes)
2 Better bottles (6gal)
One or two extra garden hoses with quick disconnects on them all
Mash paddle (white plastic one)
big bottle of starsan
Wine thief (can't remember who makes it but its plastic and cheap. Fermtech maybe )

That's a good start

I'd batch sparge at first. Its easy and gets good results!

I'd start at Austin homebrew online site first and check the kits. They can be a good starting point and can give you a great idea what you need. I might be missing one or two things but honestly if you peace together exactly what I listed it would be a killer start. Just beware sometimes the kits have things you don't need or some items might not be exactly what you want.
