Rack to fruit in secondary or add at the end of boil?
I am attempeting to make a PawPaw beer, ive never made a fruit beer before and am not sure when to add it. I am going to use a simple wheat recipe.
The only pawpaw beer ive ever heard of is made by Marietta brewing company. Ive read that they rack to the fruit in secondary.
any suggestions?

In most cases fruits aren't free...
You should wait until you rack to make sure the brew came out good first.

In this case they are though. It is skined, seeded, and frozen from my own back yard.

Great then...so let me re-phrase it...make sure the beer tastes good before wasting the fruit on a bad beer...
