Default QUICK! have random ingredients, want to brew! can you help with a recipe?

OK, on hand i have:

3 lb Amber LME
1/2 lb Pale DME
2lb 2 row
2 lb aromatic
2 lb 150l crystal
2 lb 40l crystal
2 lb 10l crystal
2 lb alder munich
1 lb black roasted barly
1 lb black patent
2 lb brown malt
2 lb acid
2 lb red wheat
3/4 lb coffee
1 oz cascade hops 6.6% AA
1 oz warrior hops 16.0% AA
1 starter white labs english ale/ irish ale yeast (leftovers cultured together)

am open to whatever size batch i can make with what i have on hand. have an open 6.5 gallon glass primary, or a plastic 4 gallon that i usually use for wine. Would prefer a full(ish) size batch, but realize that i may simply not have enough grains and extract to make a full 5 gallon batch.

something that falls within a specific style would be preffered, but will settle for anything that would work, and taste great.

QUICK, like a bunny! gotta start before it's too late!

(not required, but any info on expected OG and FG would be nice)

Since you don't have much for hops, you'll be best to do a mild or maybe a porter or stout unless you want to brew 1 gal. If you are doing extract only, I'd go with all the extract, .5lb of crystal 04 & 150 (?, never seen 150, only upto 120), .1lb black pat. to darken it up & add .50lb roasted barley for a stout.25 warrior for 60 min. this should make a decent stout in a 3 gal. finished batch. og about 1.044, FG, 1.012

Sorry didn't see this earlier, you could have brewed this today...could still get it done
regards,

regards,
I am brewing mini mash usually. Plan on mashing my grains this time also, so as to get all available sugar from them. was thinking shooting for an american brown, maybe?

Need an actual recipe, with weights, times and such.

Also have some turbanado sugar and a few other sugars on hand (none that are particularly intended for brewers)

am going to try BIAB since it is going to be small. i am currently on beersmith trying to whip something up. first time to ever use the program, so any info on the program, or again... just a recipe is greatly appreciated!

American Brown :
1.074 OG
5 gallon
color 20.8
est ABV 7.2%

All your extract
2 lbs each: brown, munich, pale
1 lb. each: acid, aromatic, 10L, 40L
.75 warrior 60 min.
.5 cascade 20 min.
.5 cascade 5 min.
28.5 IBUs

No idea how it will come out, but sounded doable when I plugged it in Beersmith.

I'd drop the 10L and maybe add a lb or two of the red wheat (or just leave it out if you want your OG a little lower). Hop schedule is what I would have recommended as well.
