Default Question about burner...

All,

Just assembling my all grain kit and ran into a snag. The supplier I've ordered the burner from is out of the 180k btu that I ordered. He sent an email saying he would substitute with a KAB4 which has 210k BTU. Is this overkill for my 10 gallon brew pot? At the same cost should I just go with it or hold out for a smaller unit (ha, I said smaller unit

thanks for the advice.

when someone offers you something bigger, stronger and better for the same price, you should take it. you don't have to use it at full bore.
