problem with coffee stout...
I made three batches last thursday (dec 30)and the middle batch is giving me is not fermenting...
3 lb 6 row
1.5 lb flaked oats
12 oz roasted barley
9 oz chocolate
9 oz black patent
6 oz carapils
8 oz coffee malt
mash 60 min @ 154F
1.25 mag oz (10%AA) @ 60min
.5 oz willamette (5%AA) @ 30 min
1.5 oz Cocao @ 15min
1 oz coffee (ground) @ flameout
.5 oz willamette (5%AA) @ flameout
pitched 05 yeast (as usual) and very little happened. Ph is not too high and temp is 65F
After 48hrs I repitched 18g muntons ale yeast to try and jumpstart but still nothing :(

Hydrometer readings to start & currently? Otherwise we are talkin trash.
beer is actually ok...thanks! its at 1.026 (OG was 1.075)....i never had a brew with no krusen...learn something everyday :mug:
