I havent taken post I will let you know. The heat was so hot the paint melted off of my stand. I should have noticed but I had quite of few friends over drinking. . .

I think you said it was a new stand. The burn off is normal the first time or two. Do yourself a favor, fill your brew kettle up with five gallons of water and boil for 60 minutes, log the loss. Do this a few times to find out your boil off rate. Helps to know when building all grain recipe water volumes.
