I am currently doing PM batches. When moving to AG, if I were to do single infusions, what is the differences from PM besides the size of the grain bill?

I've been using a colunder over my Mash Tun to sprinkle the runnings or strike water over the grain.

Your input is most appreciated.

You'll need a much bigger colander.

Other than that, a mash is a mash, be it 4 pounds or 100,000.
