Default Partigyle with only one brew pot.

I have a partigyle coming up, but I only have one brew pot big enough to do hold a full boil's worth of wort. As long as I mash out, I assume I can just leave my second runnings in the mash tun while I boil, chill, and transfer the first beer?

That's how we did it a while ago and it worked just fine. Good luck with the partigyle!

I always lauter into buckets first. I started this to compensate for a smallish pot, but now I use it as a grant. You could just hold on to the buckets until your first boil is done.
