Default nutrient and energizer help!

I am doing a recipe that calls for yeast nurient and energizer but i don't know when to add it.
Do i put it in when i boil the DME for the starter? When i add the yeast to the DME to make the starter? Or do i wait and put it in the ferminter when i pitch the starter? Or, does it really matter when it's added?

greatfull for any help, I'm already fast step 1

thanks, Jim

I've read you can put it in the boil for the 60 mins or in the last 15 mins. Both should work.

I usually add it with the Irish moss for 15 min.
