Did my first Ag Cali Common yesterday with the help of Hops-4-Life, made up the grain bill and hops with what I had on hand and a huge starter with Wyeast 2112.
16lb Pale Malt
2 lb Carastan 30/37
2 lb Carastan 70/90
mashed @ 154
2oz of Centennial 60 min
1oz of Cascade 15min
Ferment at 58
Just checked it and it's bubbling away can't wait to try it.
