Default No question here, just cheering my AG that got good efficiency!

So I finally did it. I did an IPA, and got 72$ eff and 1.074 OG. I'm pretty dang stoked. I tweaked my corona mill w/ some washers and got the grind to a pretty good spot, and I hit my temps spot on this time... I was a tad OVER heat for the mash and the sparge was PERFECT! I think the only reason I didn't get exactly where I wanted to be, was because I put a little too much water in, and the cold weather evaporated off a lot more than I expected, I was at like 7.2 gallons pre boil and 5.2 post. and expected to be about 5.5 but it was cold out and the boil was for 90 mins... so together that added up to a lot of lost water, (I think, though, that in theory that shouldn't really effect efficiency at all right?)

anyway, I'm pretty stoked!

WHOOT !
