The brew day is upon me and it's cold in the garage, but everything is running smooth so far.....

12lbs Pale 2-Row
1lb Crystal 40
.5lb Amber

.5oz Summit FWH

1tsp Irish Moss
1tsp Yeast Nutrient
1oz Summit
1oz Citra @ 15min

1oz Summit
1oz Citra @ Flame Out

Heated 17qts to 168* mashed in and hit 153* exactly

I seem to be having a very slow fermentation. I'm using a blowoff tube and it's not really bubbling at all. I popped the lid today after8 days. There's a layer of foam and it smells really good.
 
I just did a temp and gravity check. It looks great! Temp is 63F and gravity is at 1.026 (1.072 OG). Everything is on target for dry hop next week.
