Default My LawnMower PM recipe...

What do you guys think, just made it up on beersmith.
Ingredients:
------------
Amount Item Type % or IBU
3 lbs Extra Light Dry Extract (3.0 SRM) Dry Extract 37.5 %
3 lbs Pale Malt (2 Row) US (2.0 SRM) Grain 37.5 %
1 lbs Cara-Pils/Dextrine (2.0 SRM) Grain 12.5 %
1 lbs Munich Malt (9.0 SRM) Grain 12.5 %
0.75 oz Cascade [5.50%] (60 min) Hops 15.8 IBU
0.50 oz Sterling [7.50%] (15 min) Hops 7.1 IBU
0.50 oz Sterling [7.50%] (2 min) Hops 1.2 IBU
1.00 tsp Irish Moss (Boil 15.0 min) Misc
1 Pkgs East Coast Ale (White Labs #WLP008) Yeast-Ale

Should work fine. I'd probably only use 1/2 lb. of carapils, but more might be good in a lawnmower ale. Interesting choice of hops.

Yeah, Im still working on learning different hops flavors and aromas.....Just reading the description of them on beersmith.....

Im open to suggestions for different hops if you have ideas. ....dont know much about the sterling
