It went well did it under the supervision of a guy in my brew club the other week. Brewed and split a 10 gallon batch of Nut Brown Ale . So I got my tax return in and just yesterday I ordered some of the parts to get a keggle mash tun built. I have a 1/2 stainless ball valve on the way with a 3/8 compression fitting along with some various other things. I am trying to figure out what kind of false bottom would be best for a fatboy sanke(hump in the middle). Anyone have some suggestions?
