So yesterday i tried my first all grain beer. Numbers were all over the place, Im not even sure what the end ABV was, but it tasted DELICIOUS!
I ended up making a Habanero chocolate milk stout, and it was honestly better than most commercial stouts ive had. Plus, I find switching to all grain was so much fun.
Anyways, im ecstatic and just wanted to share. Even my girlfriend who hates beer liked it.
Now to work on getting consistent numbers...
