To adjust the crush, buy two drill bits that are the same....and stick them between the rollers. No need for a gauge. :-)

1/16" = 0.0625
3/64" = 0.047
1/32 = 0.031

Ok, some pics of my crankenstein now
I also have a 5 gallon water cooler jug that sits on the top (no pics)



inside (and blurry...)




a slide to stop grain flow that I made out of leftover plastic from the bottom of the water jug. This way I can get it up to speed before starting the flow. Credit to whoever it was on HBT that posted the idea originally!



All in all, not bad for a guy that's never taken wood shop I think..
