Default Is my beer infected?

Hi experts,
So my beer is looking iffy. I've never had an infected beer before, so I'm not sure what's up with this one. Attached are two pictures. One is the top. there's stuff floating. Thought it was dead yeast, but it's very white (although it's hard to see that in the picture.) The other shows so white in the curves of the carboy. Is this mold or bacteria?
Note: This was supposed to be an oktoberfest. I tried to lager it, but my basement didn't get as cold as I thought it did, so it's been sitting in 60-70 degrees for about two months. Perhaps that's the problem (if there is one).

Any help is appreciated. As always, thanks.

I can't see what's going on in the first, either. Second picture looks completely normal, though.

I don't see anything outside of normal.

It's gone bad. Bottle or keg it and send it to me immediately for inspection

It looks like it has been infected with brewers yeast.

I had a cream ale do this to me. The yeast cake has broken up on you. Cold crash it and in a few days all of that suspended yeast should drop out
