Hi all l, thought I would post pics of my 2 favourite brews, which happen to be my newest.
My cream ale- 6 weeks in the bottle and really yummy and refreshing,
and also my materia opaca, which apparently is latin for dark matter lol.

The recipe for the cream ale is really simple.
5 lbs maris otter
2 lbs flaked maize
1 flaked rice
wlp cream ale blend in 2 pints starter
Tettnang added at 60 mins and 20 mins to bring ibu to 16.
Mashed at 147 for 2 hours at 2qts/lb.
I will post recipe for the stout when I get my notes out after work, but both have turned out really well and im brewing 10 gallons of cream ale tomorrow.
