Munich Dunkel Question
I am right in the middle of finishing my mash on a munich dunkel. What yeast pitch temp do you recommend? I have read anywhere from 45-50F. I am using 15 lbs of munich malt with wyeast 2308.

45-50 is fine.
Anywhere in that range

Its a great beer and a really under appreciated style
