I missed my target by about .006 right now i'm at 1.042 And I want to be at 48 question is how much DME should I boil up to raise it by 6. I already know how I missed it, did my first deconc and screwed up the temp oh well live and learn. Please let me know boiled beer hasn't been pitched and I want to raise it up before I pitch it.

As little as possible. I would start with half a cup, and see if you can dissolve it all in that, then just keep adding little bits of water until it's all dissolved. That said, amounts of water this small make very little difference to a 5-gallon batch.
