Should have add this is a partial boil also!
So would you suggest to get my boil up to 2.5 gallons just add water?
If I start with 2.5 gallons
The mash grains will reduce the volume to 1.7 gallons
Sparging will make it 2.2 gallons and I want 2.5
Just add .3 gallons of water to the wort?
Or am I being water obsessive LOL
